Scope of Application<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"340\" data-end=\"574\">These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;GTC&#8221;) apply to all <strong data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"469\">wellness massage<\/strong> services booked via the website <strong>massage-tantrique-a-paris.fr<\/strong>, for <strong data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"573\">individual clients<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"665\">Any booking of a service implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"670\"\/>\n<h2 data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"700\">2. Nature of Services<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"820\">The services offered are <strong data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"778\">non-therapeutic wellness massages<\/strong>, provided exclusively by appointment:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"985\">\n<li data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"880\">\n<p data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"880\">either <strong data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"843\">at our studio<\/strong>, located at 196 rue La Fayette, 75010 Paris,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"985\">\n<p data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"985\">or, if applicable, <strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"930\">at the client&#8217;s home<\/strong>, according to the terms specified during booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1140\">These services do not constitute <strong data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1072\">medical care or therapeutic acts<\/strong>, and are in no way a substitute for medical advice or follow-up.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1145\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1180\">3. Service Description<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1434\">A detailed description of the services (content, duration, terms) is available on the dedicated pages of the website.<br data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1308\"\/>All services are offered for a <strong data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1362\">fixed duration<\/strong>. Options or variations may be offered on an occasional basis.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1439\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1453\">4. Prices<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1342\">Prices are indicated in <strong data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1310\">euros, all taxes included (TTC)<\/strong>, with VAT at the current rate (20%).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1509\">The applicable rate is the one <strong data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1433\">in effect at the time of booking confirmation<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1437\"\/>Any price changes apply <strong data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1508\">only to future bookings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1569\">Hourly Surcharge (studio services only)<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1758\">A <strong data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1603\">TTC price surcharge<\/strong> applies to any service performed <strong data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1660\">at the studio<\/strong> where the session start time is set <strong data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1757\">before 8:30 AM or from 6:30 PM onwards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1978\">These surcharges are added to the standard service rate and are <strong data-start=\"1850\" data-end=\"1939\">automatically included in the total price displayed during the booking process<\/strong>, prior to any client validation.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2019\">Services with a single practitioner<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2212\">\n<li data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2082\">\n<p data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2082\">session start <strong data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2067\">between 7:00 AM and 8:29 AM inclusive<\/strong>: +\u20ac100 TTC<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2147\">\n<p data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2147\">session start <strong data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2132\">between 6:30 PM and 7:59 PM inclusive<\/strong>: +\u20ac100 TTC<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2148\" data-end=\"2212\">\n<p data-start=\"2150\" data-end=\"2212\">session start <strong data-start=\"2166\" data-end=\"2197\">between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM inclusive<\/strong>: +\u20ac200 TTC<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2251\">Services with two practitioners<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2444\">\n<li data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2314\">\n<p data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2314\">session start <strong data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2299\">between 7:00 AM and 8:29 AM inclusive<\/strong>: +\u20ac150 TTC<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2379\">\n<p data-start=\"2317\" data-end=\"2379\">session start <strong data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2364\">between 6:30 PM and 7:59 PM inclusive<\/strong>: +\u20ac150 TTC<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2380\" data-end=\"2444\">\n<p data-start=\"2382\" data-end=\"2444\">session start <strong data-start=\"2398\" data-end=\"2429\">between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM inclusive<\/strong>: +\u20ac300 TTC<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2742\">Services performed <strong data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2497\">at the client&#8217;s home<\/strong> are offered <strong data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2569\">only during regular hours (8:30 AM \u2013 6:00 PM)<\/strong> and are therefore not subject to hourly surcharges.<br data-start=\"2625\" data-end=\"2628\"\/>However, <strong data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2656\">travel fees<\/strong> may apply, according to the conditions specified during booking.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2910\">Hourly surcharge amounts may be subject to change.<br data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2815\"\/>Any modification applies <strong data-start=\"2845\" data-end=\"2886\">only to new bookings<\/strong>, with no retroactive effect.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"3047\"><strong data-start=\"2916\" data-end=\"2934\">Gift cards<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2942\" data-end=\"2980\">occasional promotional offers<\/strong> may be available according to the conditions specified on the website.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1857\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1876\">5. Booking<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1949\">Bookings are made <strong data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1948\">exclusively via the online form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2052\">Any booking request becomes firm <strong data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2036\">only after manual confirmation<\/strong> by the service provider.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2054\" data-end=\"2218\">A minimum lead time between booking and the session may apply, varying between <strong data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2164\">2 hours and 24 hours<\/strong>, depending on availability and scheduling constraints.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2223\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2239\">6. Payment<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2241\" data-end=\"2329\">Payment is made <strong data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2278\">on-site<\/strong>, at the end of the session, by the following methods:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2380\">\n<li data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2341\">\n<p data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2341\">cash,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2359\">\n<p data-start=\"2344\" data-end=\"2359\">credit card,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2360\" data-end=\"2380\">\n<p data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2380\">bank transfer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2382\" data-end=\"2446\"><strong data-start=\"2407\" data-end=\"2422\">Full payment<\/strong> is required for each service.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2451\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2492\">7. Deposit (if applicable)<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2599\">The service provider reserves the right to request a <strong data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2575\">deposit<\/strong> before confirming the booking.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2599\">The deposit amount is set as follows, depending on the type of session and the time between the booking request date and the scheduled session date:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2599\">individual session <strong>more than 24 hours<\/strong> after booking registration: \u20ac90<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2599\">individual session <strong>less than 24 hours<\/strong> after booking registration: 100% of the session amount<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2599\">duo session <strong>more than 24 hours<\/strong> after booking registration: \u20ac150<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2599\">duo session <strong>less than 24 hours<\/strong> after booking registration: 100% of the session amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2601\" data-end=\"2780\">In case of cancellation by the client <strong data-start=\"2635\" data-end=\"2673\">less than 24 hours before the session<\/strong>, the deposit or advance payment made will be <strong data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2744\">retained as a penalty<\/strong>, with no possibility of refund.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2785\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"2822\">8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Absence<\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"2824\" data-end=\"2856\">8.1 Cancellation by the Client<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2857\" data-end=\"3085\">\n<li data-start=\"2857\" data-end=\"2954\">\n<p data-start=\"2859\" data-end=\"2954\">Any cancellation <strong data-start=\"2876\" data-end=\"2913\">more than 24 hours before the session<\/strong> may result in a free reschedule. If no reschedule is requested, the deposit will be fully refunded by the service provider within a maximum of 15 days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2955\" data-end=\"3085\">\n<p data-start=\"2957\" data-end=\"3085\">Any cancellation <strong data-start=\"2974\" data-end=\"3012\">less than 24 hours before the session<\/strong> will result in the retention of the deposit or advance payment as a penalty.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3087\" data-end=\"3125\">8.2 No-Show<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3126\" data-end=\"3214\">Any no-show without prior cancellation is considered a late cancellation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3216\" data-end=\"3252\">The service provider reserves the right to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3376\">\n<li data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3293\">\n<p data-start=\"3255\" data-end=\"3293\">refuse any new booking,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3294\" data-end=\"3376\">\n<p data-start=\"3296\" data-end=\"3376\">or require <strong data-start=\"3311\" data-end=\"3341\">full advance payment<\/strong> for any subsequent booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3378\" data-end=\"3536\">In the event of another no-show or late cancellation after being blacklisted, <strong data-start=\"3458\" data-end=\"3535\">the full amount of the service will be retained as a penalty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3538\" data-end=\"3575\">8.3 Rescheduling a Booking<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3576\" data-end=\"3693\">The client may freely reschedule a booking via their client area (link in the confirmation email) without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3576\" data-end=\"3693\">Any reschedule made <strong>less than 24 hours in advance<\/strong> is subject to the following conditions:<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>new booking date less than 7 days after the original scheduled date<\/strong>: no fees applied<br \/>\n&#8211; new booking date <strong>more than 7 days after the original date<\/strong>: the entire deposit or advance payment is <strong>retained as a penalty<\/strong>. Thus, the full amount of the session will be due on the day of the session (without deduction of the deposit or advance payment).<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3538\" data-end=\"3575\">8.4 Cancellation by the Service Provider<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3576\" data-end=\"3693\">In case of cancellation by the service provider, a <strong data-start=\"3626\" data-end=\"3636\">reschedule<\/strong> or a <strong data-start=\"3643\" data-end=\"3669\">full refund<\/strong> will be offered to the client.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3695\" data-end=\"3698\">\n<h2 data-start=\"3700\" data-end=\"3712\">9. Lateness<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"3714\" data-end=\"3977\">\n<li data-start=\"3714\" data-end=\"3839\">\n<p data-start=\"3716\" data-end=\"3839\">Lateness of less than <strong data-start=\"3735\" data-end=\"3749\">30 minutes<\/strong>: the session will proceed, but its duration will be reduced accordingly, with no change in price.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3840\" data-end=\"3977\">\n<p data-start=\"3842\" data-end=\"3977\">Lateness exceeding <strong data-start=\"3861\" data-end=\"3875\">30 minutes<\/strong>: the situation will be treated as a no-show, with corresponding conditions applied.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3979\" data-end=\"3982\">\n<h2 data-start=\"3984\" data-end=\"4012\">10. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4014\" data-end=\"4200\">In accordance with Article <strong data-start=\"4039\" data-end=\"4082\">L221-28, 12\u00b0 of the Consumer Code<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a <strong data-start=\"4170\" data-end=\"4199\">specific date and time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4202\" data-end=\"4290\">Therefore, no right of withdrawal can be exercised after booking confirmation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4292\" data-end=\"4295\"\/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4297\" data-end=\"4338\">11. Specific Conditions and Safety<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4340\" data-end=\"4456\">The service provider reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a session, without refund, particularly in cases of:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4458\" data-end=\"4878\">\n<li data-start=\"4458\" data-end=\"4499\">\n<p data-start=\"4460\" data-end=\"4499\">unreported incompatible health condition,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4500\" data-end=\"4576\">\n<p data-start=\"4502\" data-end=\"4576\"><strong data-start=\"4502\" data-end=\"4575\">recent surgery without explicit agreement from the surgeon<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4577\" data-end=\"4616\">\n<p data-start=\"4579\" data-end=\"4616\">serious, contagious illness or fever,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4617\" data-end=\"4664\">\n<p data-start=\"4619\" data-end=\"4664\">open wound or severe skin condition,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4665\" data-end=\"4726\">\n<p data-start=\"4667\" data-end=\"4726\">state of intoxication or under substances altering behavior,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4727\" data-end=\"4791\">\n<p data-start=\"4729\" data-end=\"4791\">inappropriate, disrespectful, or sexually suggestive behavior,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4792\" data-end=\"4827\">\n<p data-start=\"4794\" data-end=\"4827\">non-compliance with hygiene rules,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4828\" data-end=\"4878\">\n<p data-start=\"4830\" data-end=\"4878\">refusal to adhere to the service framework.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4880\" data-end=\"4883\">\n<h2 data-start=\"4885\" data-end=\"4906\">12. Liability<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4908\" data-end=\"5055\">The service provider&#8217;s liability is limited to <strong data-start=\"4957\" data-end=\"4977\">direct damages<\/strong> resulting from proven fault in the execution of the service.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5057\" data-end=\"5106\">The service provider cannot be held liable:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5107\" data-end=\"5253\">\n<li data-start=\"5107\" data-end=\"5179\">\n<p data-start=\"5109\" data-end=\"5179\">in case of erroneous or concealed medical information by the client,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5180\" data-end=\"5253\">\n<p data-start=\"5182\" data-end=\"5253\">in case of non-compliance with instructions given before or during the session.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"5255\" data-end=\"5258\">\n<h2 data-start=\"5260\" data-end=\"5287\">13. Personal Data<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5289\" data-end=\"5525\">Personal data collected during bookings is processed in accordance with current regulations.<br data-start=\"5414\" data-end=\"5417\"\/>Processing methods are detailed in the <strong data-start=\"5469\" data-end=\"5501\">Privacy Policy<\/strong> available on the website.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"5527\" data-end=\"5530\">\n<h2 data-start=\"5532\" data-end=\"5567\">14.
